South Wales-based comic Kris Davies is a high energy, hard-working act with a dash of music. His relatable and well-crafted jokes are taken from his twenty years of being a youth worker, a grandfather at 41, parental experiences of neurodiversity, music festivals and his own wayward youth. Accompanied by a range of original songs and ditties.

He has supported Kiri Pritchard-McLean, Stephen Bailey, Nish Kumar, Harriet Kemsley and Bobby Mair and performed all over the UK including Cardiff and Birmingham Glee Clubs, Sandy Park stadium Exeter, Belly laughs, and London’s Back yard comedy, The Stand-Up club and the Bill Murray.

As a Welsh language Learner, he made his Welsh Language Comedy Debut in Pontardawe Arts Centre in 2021 and performed at the National Eisteddfod after learning Welsh for a year. He recently performed in 2023 Eisteddfod supporting Kiri Pritchard-McLean.

He has also appeared on BBC Sesh, regional radio and Tales from Wales Podcast.

 

Kris is the founder of Laugh easy Comedy where he MCs and runs both new material and professional nights across the country.
